training program not only involves the training of factory operatives
in the use of the mixing, pumping, casting and spraying equipment
but also teaches them how to manufacture the actual end-products.
The
importance of using high quality moulds is emphasised and
discussions with supervisors and managers will concentrate
on the need for supervision and control to ensure the production
of high quality products.
The
principals of design and fixing, quality control testing,
quality assurance and site practice can all be covered during
a training course.
