Specialist Equipment for Glass Fibre Reinforced Concrete (GRC)

When Power-Sprays was formed in 1962, our first product was the Powertex Spray gun. Developed as a hopper fed spray gun for the application of aggregate loaded and other "textured" paints it soon become apparent that higher output, pump fed machinery was required for larger contracts. As a result, we now offer a range of general purpose mixing, pumping and spraying equipment for cement and gypsum based mixes for applications ranging from decorative coatings through concrete repair and protection coatings to fire protection for structural steel.

Machines include:
PS1000 Multi Purpose Pump Spray Unit

PS1000 Multi Purpose Pump Spray Unit

Primarily used for pressure pointing and the spray application of thin (1-3mm) cement/polymer based concrete surface protective coatings.

PS2000 Multi Purpose Pump Spray Unit

PS2000 Multi Purpose Pump Spray Unit

A larger, higher output machine with a similar range of applications to the PS1000. The PS2000 can be used for the application of thin renders and a version suitable for low volume GRC/GFRC production is also available.

PS4000M Mixer Pump Unit

PS4000M Mixer Pump Unit

The PS4000M is a pneumatically powered mobile mixer/ pump/ spray unit which has been developed primarily for the application of Vermiculite and Perlite based fire protection coatings. The PS4000M is a popular choice for Offshore work due to its pneumatic, and hence low risk, drive system. The PS4000 can also be supplied without the mixer.

Powermix 100 "Forced Action" Mixer

Powermix 100 "Forced Action" Mixer

Based on the same mixer as fitted to the PS4000M spray unit, the Powermix 100 is a highly manoeuvrable unit suitable for mixing screeds, renders, concrete repair materials etc.
